This tableware collection is made from high-temperature stoneware clay in soft, muted tones that leave room for the true protagonist: a matte white glaze, the thread that ties the whole collection together. The glaze settles on each piece like a dusting of sugar, soft and slightly powdery to the eye.
Every piece is handmade using slab building and free-form modelling. The collection is presented on the table because I want the pieces to be seen and lived with just as they were designed to be: for use, directly, as they are.
